Get the Look: Behind the Design of our 2025 Parade Homes

At Butler Homes, we believe great design is more than just beautiful finishes—it’s about creating a home that feels as good as it looks. For the 2025 Parade of Homes, our award-winning Design Center curated three distinct interiors that each tell a story through color, texture, and thoughtful detail. From timeless neutrals to bold accent walls, layered materials to statement tile, each selection was chosen to inspire.

Here’s a closer look at the design details that brought the Aspen, Jasmine, and Alder plans to life.

The Aspen | Creekside at Forest Ridge

Layered Color, Luxe Texture, and Multi-Generational Design

Welcome to the Aspen, Butler Homes’ newest floor plan and the featured model in this year’s Parade of Homes. Designed with multi-generational living, flexible spaces, and bold design moments in mind, the Aspen sets the tone for what it means to go #BeyondTheBuild.

The Aspen makes a bold entrance with thoughtful design choices around every corner. Walls throughout are painted White Dove, offering a clean canvas for richly layered accents like Cinnamon Slate in the multi-generational suite and Nocturnal Gray wainscoting in the flex room.

The kitchen features warm Pale Oak cabinetry, Luce Oro countertops, and a beautifully textured Kasbah Bone backsplash, while built-ins in the living room pop in Deep River. Flooring on the main level is Casa Mia Castel engineered wood, with Springfield Oak LVP upstairs for continuity with added durability.

In the primary suite, the accent wall in Arctic Shadows adds quiet drama, and the bath stuns with Luce Oro countertops alongside Newport Pier tile underfoot. The Shower walls are adorned with Athens Calcutta for an elevated escape against champagne fixtures.

Upstairs, the library’s Hidden Falls cabinetry adds a deep, earthy green moment, while the upstairs powder bath brings personality with Memoir Jewel Gray tile and Nocturnal Gray cabinetry. The hall bath features Grand Oro flooring for a warm, modern finish. While Ashen Gray countertops appear throughout the home, complementing every space with subtle elegance.

With carpet in Ancient Street on the stairs and game room and Wheatfield in the bedrooms, the Aspen balances hard and soft finishes for a home that’s as cozy as it is refined.

The Alder | Harvard Oaks

A Soft Coastal Palette Meets Elevated Comfort

The Alder plan brings a warm, refined calm to Harvard Oaks with a palette that’s as timeless as it is welcoming. White Dove paint covers the walls, ceilings, and trim, providing a fresh canvas for the thoughtfully layered design throughout the home.

In the kitchen, Pale Oak cabinets pair beautifully with Ripieno quartz countertops and a Passion Blanco backsplash, offering a serene balance of texture and tone. Rich Dark Walnut stains add warmth, while accents in Navy Masterpiece, Boothbay Gray, and Gray Pinstripe provide depth and contrast in just the right doses.

The living room’s stone fireplace anchors the space with natural elegance, complemented by Casa Mia Fortezza engineered wood flooring that flows seamlessly throughout the home. Upstairs, Springfield Oak LVP mirrors the same tone for a cohesive look with added durability.

In the primary bath, Bertoli Calcutta countertops and Costar Calcutta Empire floor tile set the stage for a luxurious retreat, while the shower stuns with Inhale Verde wall tile and Moonshine penny tile floors. Accent spaces feature the moody tones of Nolita Mud flooring and Ashen Gray countertops—bringing the design full circle.

The Alder reflects the perfect mix of bold restraint and soft sophistication—proof that with Butler Homes, every detail truly goes #BeyondTheBuild.

The Jasmine | Rowan Grove

Layered Neutrals with a Confident Edge

The Jasmine welcomes you to Rowan Grove with a timeless palette built on soft neutrals and striking contrasts. Swiss Coffee walls and trim offer a warm, creamy backdrop, while Bruton White cabinetry keeps the kitchen light and airy. The island in Iron Mountain adds a bold anchor, grounded by rich Dark Walnut stains throughout.

Countertops in Ashen Gray bring quiet elegance, beautifully paired with a textured Riad White backsplash for subtle movement. Boothbay Gray accents the study accent wall, balancing light tones with tailored coolness.

In the living room, the fireplace features Nolita Charcoal tile, creating a refined focal point against the home’s main flooring—Casa Mia Castel engineered wood, chosen for its warm variation and natural feel.

The primary bath blends comfort and contrast with Passion Gris tile on the shower walls, Desert Gray penny tile underfoot, and Everest White floor tile throughout. Finished with matte black hardware, every space in the Jasmine feels effortlessly elevated.

With just the right mix of softness and structure, the Jasmine shows how Butler Homes brings lasting beauty to every detail.
